Cecilia and Nomvuyo delivered impeccable service with genuine friendliness; Cecilia was constantly checking in to ensure we were having an amazing night, and her attentiveness made every visit feel personal. She goes out of her way to make sure you have an amazing experience. The food was a highlight—each dish was prepared with care, bursting with flavor, and presented beautifully. We’ve been back countless times, and each visit brings the same stellar service and mouth‑watering meals. There’s never a moment we’ve been disappointed. We wholeheartedly recommend Casa Bella Grand West over and over; it’s the kind of place you want to return to again and again. Kevin was great and very accommodating, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. The food was divine and the drinks were really great. He kept us entertained and was very kind. We used Wiki deals voucher and he didn't give us any problems, we'll definitely come again.

Truly a great experience at Casa Bella. We did a 3 course meal and it was fantastic. Well done to the chefs that executed all meals to perfection and the waitress that served us throughout the evening.

Emma really outdid her service. She made my mothers 60th birthday celebration extra specail. I would come back anytime . Thank you so much Emma.

Great service and great tasting food.. Absolutely tasty

To think we stated at Hussain Grill and they don't compare to Casa Bella. No service, Table was somewhere in a corner with no space to move. We paid our drinks and left. But we then desided to go to Casa Belle and we received the best service from Nomvuyo full of smiles, laughter and very friendly with a great atmosphere. Food was Devine "compliments to the chef", Definitely will see us soon
